Can I get a price without photos?

We need at least photos to give you an initial estimate.
Many times what seems like a small damage can be bigger in person.
Is the price final from photos?
No.
Photo estimates are approximate.
Final price is confirmed once we see the vehicle in person.
Why can the price change after inspection?
Because some damages are not visible at first.
Once we start working, we may find broken parts or internal damage that was hidden.
We always explain everything before continuing any additional work.
Do you work with insurance?
No.
We work directly with customers to provide faster, more transparent, and honest service.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes.
We work by appointment to give each customer proper attention and accurate estimates.
How long does the repair take?
Depending on the type of repair, it can take a few days or up to a week.
Some jobs can be done the same week, others may require more time depending on the damage and parts availability.
We will give you a more accurate timeframe after inspecting the vehicle.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Parts must be paid in advance if needed.
For larger jobs, a deposit may be required.
The remaining balance is paid once the work is completed.
Will the paint match my car exactly?
We do our best to achieve the closest possible color match.
However, keep in mind that original paint fades over time due to sun and weather exposure.
That’s why in many cases we recommend blending adjacent panels to ensure a seamless and natural finish.
Should I remove personal items from my vehicle?
Yes, we recommend removing all personal belongings before leaving your vehicle.
We are not responsible for items left inside the car.
